The Mount Hope Difference

At Mount Hope we know each and every one of our residents by name and care for them like they are family. We are not just a nursing home. The Mount Hope difference means our staff, many of whom grew up here, take a genuinely interest in what goes on in each resident’s day-to-day life. We are a small Kansas community just minutes from Wichita, deeply invested in the well-being of each individual. We address concerns of residents and their family with compassion to ensure every resident is not only comfortable, but also well-adjusted and happy in their new home. Mount Hope is a non-profit facility with a hands-on approach that allows us to keep the best interest of our residents at the heart of everything we do.

We've been there. We understand.

Everything we do is driven by our universal mission: to enhance the lives of aging adults and their families.

Mount Hope Testimonials

“I cannot say enough great things about Mount Hope Nursing Center.

During the pandemic they have strived to keep our loved ones safe and made accommodations to allow family members to be able to communicate with them by FaceTime, phone, window visits, etc.

I have felt like my dad is safe, even when I cannot be there.

One of the best decisions was moving my father to MHNC, they care for him and I know that he loves it too.” – Nicole Miller

“My dad was in this Care Home a decade ago and when it was time to move my mom from her home to a Care Center there was no doubt we wanted her in The Mt. Hope Nursing Center. There are so many benefits to a smaller facility. From the support and guidance you get during admittance to the care your loved gets, it’s the absolute best! They get to know your loved one personally and go out of their way to make it feel like home. There are so many activities and fun things to do. (Exercise class, games, crafts, baking, church, etc…) When my mom entered the home we thought we were losing her physically and mentally. She has thrived and loves telling us about her busy day. She has found purpose and tells us how wonderful all the help is to her. Our family is blessed to know mom is getting the best care around!

Again, we appreciate all of you who cared for dad, showed compassion for our mom and our family! Blessings to you and your families! What you do makes a difference and doesn’t go unnoticed!” – Kay Penner

“We are extremely thankful for the way your staff and the other residents welcomed Dad and invited him to be a part of the family you have created.”Janice Lind

“You are all to be commended for such a great facility and deserve the high rankings that you’ve received”. – Jane Brazil
